We offer a selection of plants available to preorder before our annual plant sale, including all of the varieties listed on the website.
If there are specific varieties that you would like, we strongly recommend preordering. Not all types will be available at the plant sale, especially of the tomatoes, and what does make it to the sale can be gone in a flash; in 2022 we sold out of some things within the first hour.
Availability for trial varieties (indicated by "2023 trial" in the "first grown by us" field for all listings) may be extremely limited. The website and order form will be updated to indicate any varieties which are sold out.
Preorders are limited and on a first-come basis. The minimum order is $10. Payment in advance is required, and payment instructions will be included in our confirmation email. We accept e-transfer (preferred) and cheque. Once you have paid, the plants are reserved for you. We deliberately undersell preorders to ensure that we will have stock to fulfill all orders. In the unlikely event of a crop failure, the plants we cannot deliver will be refunded.
2023 preorder deadlines
The final date for all preorders is May 15. All preorder plants must be picked up by May 18.
